MY BOSS !!!! wid no offence to anyone :)

“MY BOSS”

On the day of my joining, my boss was courteous, cordial and sweet,

She briefed me about my work and the office modus operandi.

She was extremely promising, passionate and warm,

And welcomed me with open arms.

She took me around and introduced me to my colleagues,

They all were from different culture, caste and league.

We all went out for a small get together,
Trying to share our views, thought and ideas with each other.

From then onwards I started working,

Adapting and syncing myself with the work and surrounding.

I made many friends and built a nice rapport,

They all were very helpful and rendered me their support.

Soon I became popular in the office,

And that became the breeding cause of all malice.

My boss became intolerant of my growing popularity,

Which created in her fear and great insecurity.

She started finding flaw in my work and performance,

Which shattered my mental peace and lowered my level of confidence.

She said that I am careless and have no eye for detail,

All my labor and effort miserably failed.

She criticized me and looked at me with disdain,

My hardwork and sincerity towards her all went in vain.

I was taken aback by her transformed attitude,

Which lead me to depression and pushed me to solitude.

I was suffering from inside and lived with immense pain,

And had no clue from all these behavior what my boss gained .

One day I gathered courage and asked her why she was so rude to me ,

She gave a mischievous smile and said this is how a boss is meant to be !!!
